Exeggutor, the coconut pokemon.
Ingredients:
7 oz. Izze sparkling birch
3 oz. malibu coconut
1 oz. ginger beer
A splash of Midori or other melon liqueur
Angostura bitters
Ice
Directions:
Pour the birch soda, ginger beer and malibu into a shaker with some ice. Coat the inside of a highball glass with angostura bitters, then pour the shaken liquids in. Garnish with a green umbrella and cocktail onion, then enjoy!
I’ve been working seven days a week for the past month or so and almost always get out when the liquor stores are closed. That in combination with having a difficult time finding something to get Exeggcutor to stick out is making progress a little slow currently. The coconut tree’s finishing touch is just on the tip of my tongue, but alas not perfect yet.

Vileplume, the flower pokemon.
Ingredients:
3 Strawberries
A handful of blueberries
3 ounces of vodka
1 ounce of water
A splash of lime juice
ice
Edible flower to garnish (optional)
Directions:
Place the ice in a blender and pulse until they’re reasonably small chunks. Place the blueberries, lime juice, water and 2 oz. of vodka in the blender and puree until there are no large chunks. Pour the mixture into a highball glass. Then place the strawberries (green part is optional) and remaining ounce of vodka in the blender. Pulse until the vodka and strawberries are mixed, but still chunky. Proceed to layer the strawberry chunks atop the blueberry mixture. Garnish with edible flower, and enjoy.
Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur (Pokemon Shot and Cocktails)
Ingredients:
Bulbasaur-
1/2 shot lime vodka
1/4 shot lime juice
1/4 shot melon liqueurIvysaur-
1 shot lime vodka
1 shot lime juice
1 shot melon liqueur
1 shot spriteVenusaur-
1 Bulbasaur
1 Ivysaur
1 shot lime vodka
1 shot lime juice
1 shot spriteDirections: For the Bulbasaur shot, simply mix all three ingredients into a shot glass. For the Ivysaur cocktail, shake all ingredients and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Add a stem of mint as a garnish. Finally, to evolve to the Venusaur cocktail, shake a Bulbasaur shot together with an Ivysaur cocktail, along with an additional shot of lime vodka, lime juice, and sprite, and pour over ice into a highball glass. Again, add a few leaves of mint as a garnish.
